This return policy only applies to products purchased from Widgets’ online store.
Returning Unwanted Products
You must return products, with proof of purchase, in undamaged and unused condition, within 30 days of receipt, and we will offer you a refund or exchange.
Returning Damaged or Faulty Products Within the Warranty Period
We understand the frustration of receiving broken or non-performing products. Despite rigorous testing, sometimes faulty products slip through our quality control. Please accept our apologies if you received a faulty or damaged product. We track all reports of faulty products and use them in quality control checks.
Product Return/Exchange Form
For the return or exchange of a Product, you must use this attached Product Return Form. Please contact us before sending in a Product Return Form.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
